Microblading is a semi-permanent method of applying dye to enhance your eyebrows. Although allergic reactions are very uncommon, we require a minimum 2 day test patch before your service, normally applied during your consultation. The following medications could be a contraindication for Microblading: Accutane, Adapalene, Alustra, Avage, Avita, Differin, Isotretinoin, Renova, Retin-A, Tazarac, Tazarotene, Trentinoin, Other acne medications not listed, Alpha Hydroxy Acids (glycolic or lactic), Oral Antibiotics, Topical Antibiotics, Retinol, Salicylic Acid, Exfoliants
We do not perform microblading on anyone that is pregnant or nursing.
Microblading can be performed after being off of chemotheraphy for at least 6 months.
Microblading can not be performed on someone showing signs or symptoms of a viral infection/disease such as common cold, flu, strep throat, urinary tract infection, cellulitis, stomach flu, pneumonia, middle ear infection, or herpes on the face, infectious mononucleosis, mumps, measles, rubella, shingles, viral hepatitis, viral meningitis, viral pneumonia.
Other contraindications for Microblading include: Hemophilia, epilepsy, pacemaker, major heart problems, organ transplant, extreme acne around brows, sunburn, rashes or psoriasis near the eyebrow area.
You must wait at least 6 weeks after Botox or Restylane or other injectables to have Microblading, and at least 1 year after Accutane.
Microblading is semi-permanent, and can last anywhere from 1-3 years with proper care. Your esthetician will walk you through the process during your consultation and appointment, where you will agree upon your shape for your new brows!
I agree that I am satisfied with my consultation, the shape agreed upon, and if for any reason I do not like the Microblading results, I am responsible for laser correction.
You must avoidt the sun for at least 48 hours after treatment. You can NOT touch your brows for 10 days. You cannot pick at them, rub them, exfoliate them. Nothing! J You must apply coconut oil a minimum two times a day to help the healing process. You must understand that the Perfection Session is mandatory to achieve the best results.
